Permalink copy option

We have added a new feature, the Permalink copy option, which allows users to copy permalinks directly from the end-user interface article pages.

This option was only available to admins, but now everyone can use it on the public article pages. This change makes it easier for all users to access and share links.

With this improvement, sharing specific articles or sections becomes quicker and more convenient. It helps users reference content accurately and enhances collaboration and communication.
